Our story
TorqueTeq started from a simple frustration: modern shops run on a stack of disconnected tools that don't talk to each other. So we built one platform that does.
Walk into most repair shops and you'll find a whiteboard for the schedule, a paper pad for inspections, a separate card terminal, a spreadsheet for parts, and a pile of sticky notes for callbacks. Every one of them holds a piece of the truth, and none of them agree.
TorqueTeq puts the whole shop on one login. Jobs, digital inspections, estimates, payments, parts, customer messaging, analytics, and customer portals — all sharing the same data, so a change in one place shows up everywhere it should.
We call it the Revenue Operating System because the point isn't just software — it's keeping bays full, getting shops paid faster, and turning every repair into the next one.

What we believe
Shops lose hours re-typing between a scheduler, an inspection app, a card terminal, and a spreadsheet. We put it all on one login that shares the same data.
When customers can see the inspection photos and live status, they approve more work and come back more often. We build every feature around that trust.
Check-in to repair order in under a minute. The software should keep up with a busy bay, not slow it down.
Multi-tenant isolation, signed payment flows, and role-based access are built in — so your shop's data stays your shop's.
